This past summer I had the pleasure of working on a comic book with a talented sculptor and great friend his name is, Dave Cortes! Some of you might not have heard of him but chances are that alot of you have his toys in your home.
Dave has sculpted figures for Mcfarlane Toys, Mezco, Neca, Toybiz and many other companies. He has also sculpted figures for movies like The Hulk, Lord of the Rings, and Hellboy, what all that said, I am pleased to announce that in Feburary 2009 at the NY Comicon Dave will be unveiling his own creation "Pugzee"!
The story of Pugzee is that he is a pug from Redhook who belonged to a young Al Capone. Pugzee is a cute but tough collectable character! Dave and I will have a table at The NY comicon in the Javitz Center, so stop by and get your very own pugzee before they are all gone!
